Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful that I DO have a 24 hour cancellation policy! *Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. * • Must be 17+ years old to be serviced. - Additionally, 17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the first visit. • Intake paper work MUST be completed prior to appointment, failure to do so may result in time being used up from your appointment. * NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN •LATE POLICY: Lashes: STRICT 15 min grace period. Gems: STRICT 10 min grace period. Facial Wax: STRICT 5 min grace period. Anytime AFTER service grace period *without communication with me* will result in your appointment being canceled & being charged the 50% same-day cancellation fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE COST *multiple no call no shows will result in booking restrictions/ booking ban.* APPOINTMENT POLICIES: • Lash Touch Ups are 5 to 7 days from last appointment and may NOT exceed 7 days. * If you show up to your REFILL appointment with less than 40% of extenions remaining you will be charged a full set, or be asked to reschedule for a full set. * • Lash Fills CAN NOT be booked more than 4 weeks(28 days) from initial appointment. You will be asked to reschedule for a Full Set. CORRECTIONS: May only be done if it is due to application/ tech error & if aftercare instructions were followed correctly. IN THE EVENT you arrive to a corrective appointment with evidence of client tampering/ client error (ex: more than 60% loss due to mascara residue) you will be charged the appropriate service cost. In the case of an allergic reaction, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. I can provide a free removal and lash bath within 48 hours of the service. I DO NOT offer refunds! FOREIGN FILLS: I do not accept foreign fills and will not work over another studio/ techs work. You may book a removal and full set or have them removed prior to booking a full set. Please be advised that I WILL NOT WORK OVER EXCESSIVELY DIRTY LASHES! It is your responsibility to maintain clean lashes not only for the health of your eyes/lashes but for proper application and better retention! I will provide materials to wash your lashes at the start of every appointment & you also have the option of booking a FREE lash bath service with your appointment if you need help with makeup/tanning/ skincare residue. BUT, If you show up to your lash appointment with excessively dirty lashes, where I can tell you’ve neglected the care of your extensions, I reserve the right to refuse service and/ or charge a lash bath fee at my discretion. I ONLY ACCEPT CASH AND ZELLE PAYMENTS. if you’re paying with cash I encourage you to do so with exact change! ATM is available on site.
